How this woman became the head of Jilliards guitar Dept is beyond me,every performance her tone is harsh as well as her musicality ..wish I could BS my way up the classical guitar ladder like she has lol

Seems to me it´s a rookie going nervous. I´m sure Sharon Isbin wouldn´t play it like that nowadays :)

If you think this is the worst Bach recording played by a guitar professional, you are wrong. Elliot Fisk plays Bach even worse.

I like her soul. It's aggressive and no nonsense. You people who don't like her renditions because they don't have the atmosphere you're looking for, maybe you should just dig up your old dusty records and listen to them. You obviously don't have the balls or the capacity to enjoy the simple beating you receive when Sharon Isbin rocks your ass, and that turns you all into whiny little bitches.
