XENNON LIGHT IS OK...BUT IN BRIGHT MOONLIGHT THE THE PICTURE IS AWFULL, THEN YOU HAVE TO USE GOOD OLD FASHIONED CARBON.

Doubtful. Most movies are made in 35mm today. I think 70 mm might be for Imax.

Well.. how cool is this?? Thanks! Now I'm wondering very seriously if we even have any 70 mm projectors in any drive-in, anymore, in the United States.

I recall the light on the giant Ashcrafts (Core-Lite and Super Cinex) and 5,000 w xenon was definately a better light. Too many drive-ins use small xenons of 2 - 3k. You will always go backwards compared to big carbons with those. Thanks for watching.
