Shakeys In the Philippines Rocks!! Its always be my favorite and Managers Choice is my sisters favorite, mojos....WoW and chick and chips...I still remember those days...
@WarshipAngelus In the early 80's They had them in LakeCharles and NewOrleans, Louisiana also one in Midland,Tx. (closer to your neck of the woods) As A kid I remember always getting sick after eating Shakes. It had been maybe 20+ years since I had Shakes and when I had it again for the first time in the Phils, probably that same one their in, It all came back to me. It had the same odd taste from back in the day. But no, I held it down this time.
@Amiga3000 Maybe their pizza is not that good, which would explain why they are hardly in the US anymore... If they Pizza place been around since 60's, howcome they never bulit one in the south.. I've never seen one of these Shakey's down here in the South, but yet they seems to be all over the world.. Kind of weird if You ask me.
@paulgator68 I was at a pizza place at Venice Beach and the special of the day was two scoops of rice with teriyaki sauce. No joke! The pizza's sauce tasted like Round Tables did. Spiced up!
FFFFFUCK SHAKEY'S IN THE ASS!!! How the hell can a chain that used to be so popular back in the day in America be popular somewhere else and just abandon it's American roots?! Used to love their 'jolly green giant' drinks! FUCK!!!
@WarshipAngelus Had them in 1970's, in Nashville, TN, I went there ALOT as a kid!
