I really absolutely cannot detect that these ethnic Tibetans are persecuted.

They express their talent freely in Mandarin Chinese.

Some people who are not loyal to China do suffer. The extent of tolerance granted to the disloyal should depend on what they actually do or likely do, not on caprice, this I agree.
