Wed. 4 Jan.8.20am a bag has just come thru' letter-box. As I've sorted out clothes waiting for a bag to arrive I checked them out suspious as I'd not heard of them. Hopefully once I do get a legitimate bag it will be rightfully collected. In the past I've only ever filled bags from Heart Foundation or Save the Childrren etc. Maybe I should put them in the re-cycling bin at the end of our street, but then they put small children into the hatch and steal from them!

This socalled company has been on the go to long , let's try to stopthem now ,
i have just recieved a leaflet through my door this morning ( 24/june/2011 ) they will be back on tuesday from 9am , PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED LIKE OTHERS HAVE......DO NOT LEAVE THEM ANYTHING .

I have just had one of their bags through my letter box 1/6/11 for collection on Friday 3/6/11 ........ How dare they steal from the needy. Any comments on who i should contact before Friday????

On wednesday i put the save the children bin bag containing clothes at the front door and half an hour later the 'RATS' from Helpmates came a calling, I opened the door and asked to see their ID badges...the guy could not speak english and just went back to his van, A white Transit reg MT03 JFJ. These conmen must be stopped. They are a disgrace. Now they are collecting the same day as legitimate charity's and stealing the donations. Help rid these RATS from our society.

I work for the council and chase them out of housing estates all the time. On one estate they were 8 requests for clothing from companys, there was also theft from washing lines.
If in doubt ask your local council.
Call a charity shop and they will collect any items you have on a set day they will also give you the reg number of the van.

If you get a leaflet like the one in the video and wanna leave them a gift.. make it a bag full of crap, dog shit, houshold rubbish and empty food tins, stale cheese or milk covered clothing torn to shreds.
