Great basic points- a old NATURAL remedy passed down to me that I personally found helpful is to have the fresh juice of lemon and water just prior to going to bed- the ratio is 1(lemon): 3-4(water). Pleasant zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's!
