Another awesome fishing trip, More Red emperor I know, but check out these couple of quality fish, caught by Bob. The large red Emperor easily pushing over 10kgs and really made the day. Bob also caught another 9 kilogram fish as well, so no complaints. Some big Nannygai, coral trout and cod made for a good mixed catch. Weather conditions were a bit average on the reef, and Mako our other Steber 41 charter boat caught up with us to have a fish. Take note of the large trout they caught. Believe it or not that was a slow day for us, although any day on the water is a great day and good fun. The more reef fishing we do, the more great spots we're coming across, it's hard to take and some of the best fishing I've seen on the Great Barrrier Reef. Subscribe for more great fishing and boating action,
Cheers Greg

  • omg love ur actcent so awsome

  • Should be some good country up there, Make sure you check out our furuno FCV 585 sounder footage at "Furuno FCV 585 Unreel fish finder in action with excellant results!!" Top Video and doesn't get any better, Find the deeper ground 50 metres plus, away from the reefs and looks for structure, and doesn't have to be much, They call them Isolates and some are tiny, size of a car, or large shoaly patches with rubble for bottom. That's where a good sounder comes.

    Cheers Greg

  • I live up in Mossman Far North Queensland, have you got any tips for what to look for on the bottom with the sounder when we are offshore targeting reds .
