This is a RMA drill for coordination, sensitivity, breathing and movement. The focus is on educating the nervous system and learning, rather then pressure testing. First one starts out blindfolded and moves deliberately slow, taking time to feel what's going on, with attention to breathing, selective tension, own structure and that of your opponent(s). Then the blindfold comes off and the action becomes a few levels faster. This drill really helps to relax and let go of over-thinking things and establishes reacting by feel and instinct instead, which is much faster and often more efficient.
