You don't need a federal agency to do anything...aside from manage the military, enforce the law, and do everything else laid out in the constitution. Right or wrong?

You just contradicted yourself, you need a government entity to effectively enforce laws. Though, I think its hard for consumers to change their purchasing decisions after they've died from something like lead poisoning. But as long as a company goes out of business AFTER a bunch of people have been harmed, then all is well.

It's a simple question. I'm not sure why you would feel so threatened as to reply with vulgarities and juvenile namecalling.
Just for clarity, you say the federal government has no business maintaining national highways, maintaining social security, medicare, medicaid, the EPA, and the FDA among other things not specifically in the constitution? Please remember that this an opinion question, there's no wrong answer.
