You could've just googled that. Anyway, I personally don't consider a 3% income tax increase to be dramatic. Clinton hiked taxes to the same level when he entered the office, and it did not cause the job-killing apocalypse that the GOP predicted. Instead what we got was lower unemployment and a balanced budget.
