@Equestions This video is not meant to be a comprehensive discussion of structural geology, rather I simply wanted to show examples of "overthrusting". This does not baffle geologists, rather it is well understood. It can be verified with a geologic survey (which produce geologic maps 2:34) and various geophysical techniques such as a seismic survey (1:21). I do a lot of ad hom attacks...but hey its YT.

@Equestions Thrusting and folding are commonly understood geologic mechanisms. It is well understood because you can see it on a grand scale and a small scale by doing a geologic survey. The barrage of photos during the video showcase how folding and thrusting can create a "reversal of the geologic column". My personal favorite part is at 2:00 when I show slickensides at the valley of fire as he is saying they dont exist.

@orge refute ANYTHING he said right? Do you not get that? Maybe you did that in another vid and I haven't seen it yet where you go into detail about where Ian is wrong with actual examples and papers and such? Saying things like "Where are his actual geologic maps?" doesn't actually refute what he's saying as incorrect. I kinda thought you had a grasp on geology but maybe I was wrong? You say your a geophysicist but I haven't seen any evidence for that yet orge. I'll watch Claire's vid too.

All you basically said was a bunch of "he doesn't know what he's talking about" and "He needs to read the indoctrination papers I've read" and "I think he's dumb". @orge121 I'm disappointed in you too :) One thing atheevos never seem to recognize is that snarky commentary in place of actual SCIENTIFIC REFUTATION does not sway those of us who originally came at the various issues of origins & creation v evolution objectively. We need for you to actually roll up your sleeves and get down to the business of helping us understand WHY Juby is wrong. Telling us he doesn't understand and that a book sucks just sounds like the sour grapes of the defeated.
