Paulie knows he has no power whatsoever, and he admits it and works around it. He knows that when he gets into the ring its going to be along fight of him throwing a thousand jabs and moving from corner to corner. But thats wat people like about him. He brought "swag" (I hate that word) and entertainment to boxing. He really has to rely on boxing and not getting into any exchanges, cuz he knows he aint got what it takes.
