@baloogajessica Saying "jambalaya tastes nasty" is like saying "sandwiches taste nasty". There are all kinds of different ingredients you can make jambalaya with -- if you choose ingredients that don't go well together, that's not the jambalaya's fault. I find that buying some Zatarain's jambalaya mix and adding ring sausage (preferably ring bologna or German style bologna) makes a damn tasty meal. Quick and easy, too.
