There is another way to prepare your bird that makes it juicy and quicker than traditional cooking - debone it!

Here at the How 'bout That kitchens we have produced and instructional video on how to save space in your refrigerator and time on the clock.Thsi video is available for sale at a cheap $10 from marnebass@gmail.com. Its a great gift for yourself and your friends. oh- and I cut off the ponytail a couple years ago.

    Make a video or just get back to me on this- my latest thing is to do the disassembly, put it skin down on foil, put the stuffing on, then roll it up in the foil like a burrito and cook in the the barbeque, turn every 15-20 min, indirect heat until the last turn. Manly cooking (re turducken) requires barbeque. Suggestion: leave the chicken in the coop and use duck, goose and turkey. I believe it would be a better fit. Let me know...

    This video is awesome. The tips given definitely helped with prepping for my Turducken. I used the Cutco bird's beak knife and its funky edge made the job easy
