@moodypete I totally agree. she is doing wonderful. I'm a respite care provider and and I work with autistic children. You always should keep them engage in verbal communication

your daughter was like my 2 1/2 year old only he is not verbal yet:) I cried and smiled when her face lit up when she was saying "mommy" I could see the twinkle in her eyes, you can tell she loves you very much. You are doing a great job helping her learn:)

both my daughters kids a girl an boy have autisim the boy talks better but the girl lol talks just a little better then your daughter an lmao can find anything an everything to get into

You are doing a great job. I love how you make her ask for things instead of just giving them to her; communication is the key. We have a girl who is delayed (and who has been seeing a SLP) and we do all the same things. It's obvious she has improved since she was two. Keep up the good work and keep her talking!
