I've finished the Asylum. Visit http://www.ncfitclub.net/?p=1299 for my final thoughts on the program. Here's my hybrid of Beachbody Workout INSANITY THE ASYLUM AND P90X hybrid. Day 9 was Vertical Plyo after playing basketball in the morning. A bad decision I continue to make.

  • Wow! When I play ball there is no way I could follow it up with vertical plyo! Pretty impressive! I bet this program has helped your ball skills, I know it has mine.

  • This jumping cannot be healthy on the joints.  Just no way.

  • I think technically ubx is the replacement for cs&t.

  • Keep playing ball just be careful you don't wear out those knees.
