If you use frozen vegetables from the supermarket, you don't have to blanch or process them before dehydrating, which saves TIME... I have found its also cheaper (unless you roll your own - in which case it it extremely cheaper.... LOL)

  • The hand pump is a manual brake bleeder from harbor freight, the adaptor for the jars came from walmart... I have a video about this - but you can google "alvin vacumn sealer"
