@fledermaus81 Poignant in what part? The dad that was trying to find his 2 sons? Or that the Beast got killed? Even a 35-40 minute movie couldn't play on tv or in the theaters.Not unless Coleman made it into a short..

What does the beginning of this movie have to do with anything else that happens after it? Did the Beast kill the girl that got out of the shower? Couldn't be because he didn't turn into the Beast until after the explosion..Also,what happened to the dead girl that the cops were carrying down from the cave? The hardest move to sit through(even with Mike and the bots)...

@quinteiro123 The best part of laser blast is that during the credits they mention Roger Ebert giving it 2 thumbs up. My friend's dad saw it in theater when it came out and recalled it being good, we showed him the MST3K version and thought it was hilarious. I agree it is really terrible.

@TheGoodChap I couldn't make it through Lazer Blast. Too horrid, just awful, awful. Future War was just silly. Nothing horrid, just cheap movie fun.
