To be Force Recon you need to be a Corporal or above in rank, perfect conduct, hard core, fit, a fish in the water(pass swiming test which is fucking real hard), try recon and later force recon.

@77musica hah, idk what info you get this from but its all from dirt and below, idk if you served before but if you did oorah to you but i joined recon straight up from boot went to itb for 2 months after that you get selected for MART and then you go to selection either MARSOC or RECON and i was a PFC when all this happened and we had PVT with us so nope you dont have to be corporal or above

to be task force recon u must beat chuck norris in a fist fight, work as master chiefs assistant 4 at least a year, have every pokemon, and have to kill all anti military activists in record time..... tht sums it up

@77musica- I've met one of the 1st Recon Battalion's commanders. He's President of Hargrave Military Academy now. To say what he accomplished while in the Marine Corps is amazing... that's not an adequate description.

talk to recruiter to join the world finest force the US Marines.. now if u want Marine Recon you gotta have experience boy especially in infantry and its real tough like seals..then if u turn out to be one of the best of Marine Recon then u get asked. to join Marine Force Recon a whole lot different... to be the best first you gotta joint he best!
