@IBMaccMartelli It's not our responsibility to feed them. Are you telling us that Africans are dysfunctional, inferior subhumans who can't survive without us giving them free shit? If Africans couldn't find food on their own, the human race wouldn't have survived long enough to spread from Africa tens of thousands of years ago. Europeans managed to build a thriving society two thousand years ago. Why can't the Africans? Maybe if we stop giving them aid, they'll finally take the initiative.

Aside from their despicable acts in Africa, De Beers' advertising is twofold reprehensible in its purposes:
1) Persuade men to believe that women are shallow and materialistic, and
2) Persuade women to prove such men right.

This clip has very little to do with my statements, and hollywoodian dramatizations were not used as an introduction to modern African history, even though they may hold some truth. Please find out more about Cecil Rhodes, DeBeers, and the general modus operandi and train of thought during the massive European expansion into Africa in the 19th century. You should begin with the King Leopold II of Belgium and the rape of the Congo. Diamonds are only a part of the African tragedy.
