They say the great one's can run on anything. And never did a great thoroughbred prove it any more so than the "iron horse" of Ireland, Giant's Causeway. A champion's champion on the turf in Europe. Then came to America and took Tiznow, a colt that was a beast on conventional dirt, to the wall at Churchill Downs in the 2000 Breeders Cup Classic. One of the gamest run's in defeat in the history of the Breeders Cup, IMO. Love this horse!!
