  • cute Fender :D

  • same bass but without the sticker

use a pick and turn the tone up all the way

    good job

  • Great cover man, just next time use a pick for green day songs and it'll be perfect. I'm going to steal this bass though by the way haha.

  • I dont know why people said it was bad, I think you did really good and I actually play bass and guitar. Alot of these people probally dont even play bass. WIth a pick it would b elouder and more energetic but it wouldnt really sound any different, You go tthe timing right and I didnt hear mess up even once. So it was pretty much a close to perfect cover. Good job man keep it up.

  • you should try using your pinky more it makes it easier

  • Sounbds nice... but mike's using a Pick!

  • lucky bitch i envy your bass! haha

  • dude, pratice more!

    oh lord! ¬¬

  • For this song you kinda need a pick to sound just like green day. they have my favorite bass sound ever, i said id never switch from fingers but i play with a pick now. that sound is just so addicting. great cover though don't get me wrong. just try a pick with it. or boost your treble. Lunchsacks has it right.

  • its a great start dude! if you want to improve, try playing with a pick. also, crank your treble, give you mid some umph and get that bass nob turned up. you gotta play close to the bridge with your pick and use mainly down-strokes... make each note fierce and soulful, as if its the last god-damned not you will ever play. make each note count.
