I know I am late in all but I live in Minneapolis and for the life of me I don't know why they didn't give Longwell a chance to kick the field goal with 19sec left.  He kicks 60+ yards in practice everyday. He is one of the best kickers in the league!

I had a nervous breakdown when Favre threw that bullshit ass throw, as a vikings fan, that just killlleeeeddd me. From the Peterson fumble a few yards from Touchdown, to that Favre throw, when all he had to do was pick up a few yards and give our kicker the fieldgoal chance and we wouldve been in the superbowl. But there are only 14 Weeks in an NFL Season, so on to the next year baby !!!!
