    The extra who played the Blue Woman on the couch was a friend of mine, she died from cancer in May 2012 at Pioneer Playhouse in Danville Kentucky - her name was Holly Henson, she was a stand-up comedian.

    I love how the counter was ony on "3" in comparison to his place in line. He had to have gone either to hell or to the Dallas County Courthouse.
