The Pope is the reason the bible is the one book that holds all those qualities you listed. His church destroyed other scriptures or has them locked up.

The bible is a collection of works. I'm wondering about other collections of the proportions of the bible in regards to the ones presented in the video. It's fine to say it is the only one but would it still be had the inquisition, witchburnings and crusades not happened?

I see what you mean now.
I know many times people forget that there have been kings and leaders world wide who have tried to destroy the bible but have failed over and over again. In fact, even now it is outlawed in many countries and it is in those countries where the bible thrives. This is just one more reason to believe it's divine origin.

I agree. What the pope did was horrendous and it should never happen again but this why I don't follow the pope. I follow Jesus and his example, which is why the bible is so important. I don't follow blindly and anyone that does, isn't following Jesus as bible says we should.
