I think they should've kept this in the movie. It shows how shook up she really was about the whole incident at the club, and shows a bit more or the caring side of Frank's character, and that he understands he needs to do more than just keep Rachel from getting killed.

Also I dont see what's so sexual about this. It was maybe sexual because of her outfit but from the looks on their faces NEITHER of them were in the mood for sex. He was trying to help her. You know it's bad when her eyes are moving back and forth scanning the room and she was talking to herself. That shows that she was so shooken up by the incident she wasnt in her right mind.I've seen that happen to many people before!
