@JoryGKenneth Yes, and as I've read somewhere, while still working in a gent's outfitters! That's the sixties for you. We had a 60's weekend in the town with live bands and it was Gouldman classics one after another ~ Fantastic. If by etc. you mean "Look through Any Window" ~ that too is as great as anything the Beatles did~cheers.

Even before 10 cc, ("I'm not in Love") Graham Gouldman wrote an unbelievable amount of quality, million-selling hit songs: "For Your Love", "Heart Full of Soul" and "Evil Hearted You" for The Yardbirds, "Bus Stop" for The Hollies, "No Milk Today" for Herman's Hermits, "Tallyman" for Jeff Beck, etc.

Great version of this wonderful song. In many ways better than the Yardbirds, probably due the fact that it was recorded many years later.

This is amazing. i've loved this song since it was the Pick Hit on WABC for Labor Day week, 1965- soon to disappear into oblivion. I knew GG wrote it but i've never heard his version. THANK YOU!!! long live Jeff Beck, and RIP Kieth Relf.
