  • what key is your clarinet in

  • Its just a regular Bb Clarinet. I am now playing on a buffet Tosca clarinet

  • That helps alot. I didn't know much about the scales.. you're really good I could never play my clarinet that good.

  • the best advice i ever got.... practice, practice, practice!

  • Thats a nice clarinet u have there. What brand is it? I have a buffet E-11 myself.

And i seem to always have problems when i change from A to B. is there a way to solve the problem? =D

  • That clarinet is actually a Buffet Festival....i just upgraded to a Tosca. Yea, playing an A to a B is definitely a problem. Its really a mental game, There should be no difference in he way you play the two notes. Make sure your air stream stays steady (imagine trying to blow air out of the bell out the clarinet)

When you play an A you can already have your fingers on your right hand down, ready to play a B

    Hope this helps

  • @greg7486 my band teacher says 4 be think of your nauty finger for b lol

  • @cowgirl14zz yes you could when i was just stating i had to right my notes in and now i memarize like that

  • what are the fingerings for this excercise??

  • Great, thanks!

  • Dude, You are good but from all of your videos i can only hear that the passages are always in legato . When you do all of them in staccato in the same tempos make a video and then it would be real skills . Every clarinet player who has played more than 3-4 years can play fast in legato . Just an advice from me :)

  • 2 quick to learn

  • man please fix your mic settings. I'm having to crank my stereo through the roof to hear this. Thanks.

  • yeahh clarinet rules im was chosen for wind ensamble 1st chair yahh!!

  • Your C sharp scale wasn't very clean. Also the arpeggio for the Ab scale was out of tune.

  • @afrim777 I don't think it matters that much I am right-handed but my best friend is a leftie. Same fingerings.
