SMH Construction LLC was hired for a condo renovation, the condo was in original 1971 condition, the client requested to open up the kitchen to the dinning area, and to have more space for cabinets, the challenges where the buildings vent stack, plumbing risers and the location of the electrical panel which needed to be relocated, the two bath rooms where also renovated, and we built a new walk in closet with custom birch wood shelving,
