I like the concept, but not the materials. What would you say to redesigning your collector to use sunbaked ceramics for the trickle down thermal transfer medium, with the gutter and header refeed built into the ceramic collector. Which brings up another idea about your collector. Have you considered refeeding the water after flowing once through the thermal transfer to raise the temp on less than ideal days?
