  • Hey, "good stuff Maynard!" wonder if you could make it with splenda? and less salt..hmm but all the rest of the stuff..you are right on! thanks for sharing! going to make some up for a roast I have thawing..yumm

  • @Woodsygirl62 Splenda and less salt? Well, OK. It really is an adjust to taste kind of thing. I lean towards more salt, but that's just me. I did put it on a rough cut steak I cut up into London broil this evening and it came out really good without adding any additional ingredients (including no extra salt).

  • This sounds good I will have to give it a try. Thanks

  • @Buckrun11 I've thought about adding garlic as another ingredient, and I think it would work OK with the blend, but I use garlic on so many other things I figured I'd leave it out of this. Hope you enjoy it.

  • @therealvirginiawind Well I'm diabetic and "supposed to be" on no-salt diet? so..I cheat lol..but its got to be cheaper than Mrs Dash's..which I use copious amounts of in the search for good tasting food..I'm gonna try it anyhow, I'll mix up a litlle, and see what its like. Thanks!

  • sounds great I'll be giving this a try!

  • Hmm sounds good. I have all these ingredients. I just might have to mix up a batch and try it with some meat balls (GF0 that I'm going to make.

  • Thank you for the VR. IM going to make a batch of this up. Need to replace the Sage, Marjoram, and Thyme I have on hand don't think it's supposed to be hard as a brick in side the spice container. Have no ideal how long I have had them. Take care. Paula
