@shannavee Clearly you don't get their updates. They moved to that area pretty much last minute. Next year they will put up overhangs for more shade. There was free water and a lake you can go into. The jokes mostly came from a little girl in the crowd who told the man to say it. She was about 5-8 years old.

Love the idea; traveled 500 miles to Blazing HOT, no SHADE event, and no Brian Froud or Amy Brown to be seen. Faun's premier in the US was over an hour late so we had to listen to CRAPPY jokes and I paid $50 for this?? The sound system SUCKED bad- that's why there is not more video of FAUN, cuz it was so poorly done. I would not go back to this event - try another Faery venue next time cuz this one really didn't provide what it promised......

Obviously you didn't look very hard because Brian Froud and Amy Brown were very much in attendance and spent the majority of the time at their booths. The booth titled World of Froud was where the Frouds were at. Yes the heat and lack of adequate shade was horrible but what can you expect when they had to change venues at the last moment? For what little time they had to prepare, I think they did an awesome job!
