@ek205 i cant stand having a spotter. yesterday i as landing things i never did before like my standing front on the first try and a back punch front also first try so i was feeling like i could so any thing so i tried a back punch back and landed directly on my head leaving me with a headache for all of today and I'm going to try it tomorrow with out a spot. that's just how i roll.
