Speed is important but it's not technically a race.

Two lines of girls on the track at the start of a jam.

In the front are four players from each team (blockers).

Back line is two jammers, one from each team. F

irst whistle the blockers go.

Second whistle the jammers try to go through the pack as fast as possible

First jammer out is called lead jammer they can end the jam anytime.

Points: jammers go around the track and pass through the pack again

Every person jammer passes = 1 point.
