I do not want to see a Fail is that is a Pass. That looked pretty severe for the driver.

@CarPro1993 looks like pole intrusion into the cabin was pretty severe, wish there was top view
This is the same test as NHTSA's NCAP Pole Test. It earned a full Five Stars in every category.

FMVSS tests aren't given a "rating." It's all about Pass or Fail. In this case, it passed.
