@gurvindermd We Pakistanis want a friendly neighbour in our eastern border and we know the only way to get it is when Khalistan (Sikh homeland) is independent. We Pakistanis have no problems with Sikhs, our only problem is with Hindu extremists.

Can anybody tell a real reason if Hindostan suffered partition by people or evil british empire?

@afghanmountainking Partition mostly happened because of the people especially because of the Hindus who showed discrimination against Muslims in the national congress.

And India should be happy with what they have now, before the British invaded South Asia, the region was comprised of numerous smaller independent countries, there was no such thing as India. The British combined all those smaller independent countries and called their empire British India.

if it was not in the benefits of britishers? I think this is a very interesting topic. Indian and pakistani should openly disucss this not cursing each other. There are many questions about partition that should be answered.

@afghanmountainking If the British were really on Pakistan's side then Pakistan would've had Kashmir, the British even awarded a Muslim majority district in Punjab(that borders Pakistan)to India. The district is called Ferozepur and today there are no Muslims left in that district (once a Muslim majority district) because half migrated to Pakistan and the other half were been raped and killed by Sikhs and Hindus. The British did this few days before partition so Pakistan would fall flat in 1947.

@afghanmountainking and no, Pakistanis will not discuss with Indians about partition that happened when most Pakistanis were not even alive. Pakistan is here to stay, over a million Muslims did not sacrafice their lives for nothing in 1947, and you expect us Pakistanis to just forget everything and merge with India, 900 million Hindus....and we know very well how Muslims in India are living you dont have to tell us.
