I heard that even after being abducted by the greys or whatever it's best not to try to remember and just let it be what it is. Just because not that you're not curious and amazed at what happened, but the psychological damage it does to you if you realize the deeper meaning behind these memories.

Well it is not that you are abducted when you are asleep... I can tell you that you can be very much awake, then blackout and the next morning wake-up very refreshed and being certain that something happened but you are not sure about what and that frightens you severely. Then you wander in life with a certainty that you can not tell or prove or proof out of fear of being stared at as a mad man with a very vivid imagination... Do not expect to be understood.
