@mthivier I couldn't have said it better myself! I hated the way Barbara treated Rita! Holly was no angel and what was worse was Ed never objected, to my knowledge, to the way Barbara treated Rita!!

Yes. She played a very different character on AW, named Bridget.

Barbara was a total hypocrite! Blasting Rita for her "continual lies" to Ed, when her beloved daughter Holly had done the exact same thing. She must have conveniently forgotten how Holly had tried to pass Christina off as Ed's for all those months. What a b*tch.

It was kind of funny to me, at least at the time. You weren't sure which one to root for. Although, I always thought Barbara was a bit of nosy person -- who could have kept her thoughts to herself. But as in this clip, Rita could give as good or not even better than she got.
