@imweird009 I would start out at a slow tempo with your metronome and go up slowly and down some major scales focusing on the tone and tonguing. So you could put the metronome on 60 bpm and tongue whole notes, half notes, eighth notes ect. But it's going to take a while to get used too. When I learned how to tongue I had just started playing flute and I had a close relative who was a music teacher so that made it easier for me because I had a reference. You'll get better it just takes practice:)

i have a question, ive never used my tongue to articulate which obviously brings you down on music. So im trying to learn how but my tone quality sounds bad when i tongue. how do i fix it?
