All nations in Northeast Asia and Southeast Asia are afraid of China's own aircraft carrier called the Shi Lang. Taiwan is not afraid of China aircraft carrier because they built new anti ship missiles called Hsiung Feng III. Vietnam is buying Brahmos missiles from India. India is going to operate 3 aircraft carrier. China say they might build more aircraft carrier in the future.

They only problem in South Asia, South East Asia, and North East Asia is China. China is the bully. China claim that Spratly belong to them because is in their territorial water. Wrong! Spratly Island belong to Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, and Brunei not China. The whole thing Asian arms race is that nations like Vietnam, Thailand, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea are modernizing their military. Which mean upgrade their weapons and buy new weapons.
