Red Hills Brewery brews what we call a "Belgian Special" on February 13, 2010 starting at 8am at Matt's house. Kent Moore provides most of the narration today, explaining nearly every step from boiling the sparge water to putting the air locks on the fermentation buckets.
From beginning to end, the process here took about 7 hours. Red Hill Brewery co-owners Aaron Brown, Dan Foster and Matt Cummings provide moral (mostly moral) support and humor throughout the day.
