Erm, this is Tiger Airways. You're talking about a company whose motto is basically "Follow the rules or fuck off". They offer extremely cheap flights at the expense of customer service, and one of the corners they cut is not waiting for people who are late. She missed the flight cause she was late.
I personally don't see anything wrong with it, it's easy to say she's being treated unfairly, but what about the 100 other people that were there on time, why should they have to wait for her?

Also, I understand this is a video about customer service, not about the airlines policies. But I think this crap about the customer being right is archaic. Customers need to start taking responsibility for their own actions, the girl serving her didn't make her late, and I highly doubt she's paid enough to care.
