VDD Drahthaar Training - Pointing

This video shows a training day with our Drahthaars, Pinta and Bud, in ¨Rancho Mamulique¨ in Mexico. Both have passed their VJP and HZP tests with great scores. We tried to use different types of cover for the bird launchers using bob white quail, chukar and doves, so the dogs got to experience several types of birds. Our dogs are not finished dogs, but we are working on them so we can get their full genetic potential as hunting dogs. We enjoy so much our VDDs, they are great family dogs and the best hunting companions.
