  • Kudos to Chris Trondsen for this great interview. And to David for his sharing of info on what took so long for this record to be finished. I think this may be one of the best interviews I have ever seen / heard. Thank you Chris. Thank you, David!

  • Great interview. The more we understand why the album took so long, the more the last year and a half seems like a nothing wait. We can hear all ready from the DC concert how David and the band have , indeed, "pushed their boundaries." Very excited to hear the album This Loud Morning. David is the greatest. (aka jaylegee1)

I hope there's some video of his performance there as well. So excited for "This Loud Morning"...is it 6/28 yet?

  • HE is such an amazing, talented artist who really genuinely cares about his fans!! Thanks so much for sharing this interview! So excited for this music and ..for "tewering"!

  • "My fans are really good at finding stuff" LMAO, Dave! O so true!

  • He is fabulous. So good looking. Such a nice guy. So intelligent. And that VOICE! I went to his concert in Washington, D.C. on 4/29 and he played a couple of the songs from the album that no one had heard before and they are FANTASTIC!
