Has anyone heard Wendy's new Christmas CD?....It's awesome....I just got mine off Itunes.....She's the greatest singer of all time....Whitney, Mariah, Celine, Beyonce are not even close....Wait til you here this Christmas CD....I am a devoted fan for life!

I agree with you 100%. I saw her in concert a couple of weeks ago and her voice is better than it was back then. Whitney's voice can't compare to Wendy's voice. I'm a big Whitney fan, but I'm a bigger Wendy Moten fan.

This woman WILL NEVER be on Whitney's level. Vocally, star power, or looks. Whitney became a star for a reason and there was a reason Wendy, Phyllis Hyman etc...did NOT! They did not have it ALL like Whitney. Whitney's voice was on another level

@porcelaincougar Whitney had that IT factor, stage presence and family (Cissy and Dionne Warwick) not to mention she had the right people backing her. Not to take anything away from Wendy cause I can get into her but Whitney (BACK IN THE DAY) had that pure power and clarity no other artist ever had and could do it effortlessly. Now Wendy can sing circles around Whitney but would have had a hard time back in 1996!!!!!

@Devotedlamb19 I don't know about the next Whitney vocally, but she really does have a Whitney type persona, and that was my first thought as I looked at her before I heard her sing, but she does have a lovely voice. Peace.

didnt know of her till i saw her fantastique performance with michael macdonald. i personally think the reason why she's not a big big star is the choice of songs. she should have gone with a more rythm and blues sound and not those sugary songs of the 80s and 90s. that performance with mr macdonald! see what i mean!!!!!!

I actually have this cd. A shame she didn't become the larger star that most of us thought she should've been. This woman should've been a mega star. I wonder what she's doing today. I bet she can STILL give it to us with this song.
