I'm a MW fan. I like the storyline, the gameplay and the theoretical multiplayer possibilities. The reality? The MW multiplayer is absolute shit, for the sole reason that it is filled with nothing but 9~14 year old British chav kids who will teamkill you to rob your care package. MW has ZERO teamplay and communication. It's not that the game doesn't allow it, it's that the fanbase in general is a screaming crowd of retards.
