Screw Highways? How about screw the power grid too? Are you nuts. Mass transit is fine in the downtowns of large urban centers but make little sense in suburban and especially exurban areas. The day a train or bus picks me up at my front door and takes me to my work, then I'll ride it.

If you live in or travel through the St. Louis, Missouri area you know what this is about! If you don't, there is a website explaining more. The main thoroughfare highway 40/64 through the city is shut down, yes shut down, for 2 years for construction. 15 miles of highway shut down. Half of it the first year and the other half the second year. It's been a real fun (not) first year of commuting alternate routes.

What was this video showing us? That the highway is crowded some times. Duh, moroons. That we need to improve our highways with more modern designs? Again, duh. Get a voice over and tell us what you want us to know.
