We Help 247 is the portal from which a person can gain access to the credit, loan and realty help services they need to ultimately purchase a home. In order to maximize the program you have to be a member!

Credit Help 247 is Credit Restoration Company that specializes in increasing a members credit score by disputing and ultimately removing items that credit bureaus report. Upon enrollment, members go into a credit restoration Que where over a period of time - Credit Help 247 is disputing and removing items from the members report, driving their score up and preparing them for a loan.

Loan Help 247 is a mortgage and loan company that works to prepare our members finances for a mortgage. Lenders typically use an individuals credit as a marker for whether or not they qualify for a loan. Loan Help 247 representatives work with the member during the credit restoration process to ensure they target negative items which could result in a lender declining a loan request. As the members credit approaches loan ready status, the representative will see them through the closing process.

Realty Help 247 is a fully licensed Real Estate brokerage firm that focuses on sourcing the homes for the member and negotiating back and forth between the Seller and the buyer. Unlike most RE agencies that focus on listings, Realty Help 247 is a transactional broker. When a member is cleared by Loan Help for property sourcing, they are assigned a RE agent from Realty Help 247. The RE agents job is to find homes that match the members criteria, i.e. purchase price, location, amenities, etc. The key is being able to purchase or secure the property and allow the member to Rent To Own for a short period of time while we prepare and complete the retail transaction and finish the credit restoration process.
