Man, watching that Singletary speech clips got me thinking just how bad was it in that locker room? Did he scared all those guys to tried to make things happen or they'll get fire? That's a bad motivation. Glad Jim Harbaugh gives them more encouraging motivation.

Seeing this was just a reminder of all those games I saw of Alex Smith and just reinforced my belief that we just need to hold out, for just this season. I really hope there'll be a part 3 to the Alex Smith saga, with him in SF and continuing to develop and improve.
Not making excuses but we can't keep making Alex the scapegoat. The losses this season were on the entire team, not just because of Alex Smith.
