Mugen Tetsu #18: Magma-Dragoon by Snowwolf

Going up against Magma Dragoon, one of the famous bosses in the Megaman series. This guy is cheap. He spams his fireballs almost 24/7 in the fight and have some of Akuma's moves too. Luckily I knew how to time my parries against this guy. He also has a 1 hit KO ultimate that he does when he's near death, luckily I avoided it. I'll show you what I mean if I can get somebody to accept my video response. Anyways, enjoy!

I got the stage from Mugen Infantry. As for learning Tetsu's moves, you'll have to look in his 'readme' file.
