folks, he had a factured coller bone from the crash the day before, which was still to be announced to the press, so can't blame the guy for touching his shoulder, but can't blame cadel either, he was after going though 6 hours of pain on the stage and managed to get the yellow jersey, knowing there was no way he would be able to keep it
